Our OFFICE CENTRE has a secretariat which ensures management and keeping records of incoming mail for clients' companies.

(This service is optional.).

Every incoming envelope is properly and permanently recorded. We also keep an incoming mail book for you and thanks to automatically generated advice, we eliminate the risk of loss or delay of important correspondence. A client may decide whether the incoming mail should be:

I. kept for later collection (by the client or a person authorized by it)

II. sent to a specified address in the Czech Republic or abroad

III. scanned and sent to the previously agreed e-mail.
